When receiving your initial Web Tools credentials welcome email, the token link will last for 2 hours. If you do not use the link in that time you are able to use the "Forgot Password?" option to gain access to your account.
Steps to take:
- In your web browser navigate to CoPilot FleetPortal. the site.
- Select the Forgot Password? link. You will then need to enter your email, which is also you Username, to have another login email to be sent. Please Note this link will only be active for 2 hours.
- Click on the link in the email to reset your password.
